Every CC Essentials Co piece is made to order with care. We want you to love what you wear — here is how returns and refunds work.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition — no exceptions.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. CC Essentials Co does not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend shipping your return with a trackable carrier, as CC Essentials Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Email support@charitybjohnson.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with our return address and next steps.
CC Essentials Co reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
